What to Expect

Join us for a gentle morning yoga session in a peaceful garden café near Chiang Mai Airport.
This is a small, welcoming community practice where we move, breathe, and slow down together in nature. The rooftop space is surrounded by greenery, fish ponds, and birdsong — a quiet little corner to reconnect with your body and mind.
The class will be Hatha-based yoga, focusing on simple, mindful movement and breath. Beginners and all levels are welcome.
