Hands at Play: Crochet 🧶 A Retro Recess Offering ....

There’s something about creating with your hands that slows everything down, that brings you back to yourself. Hands at play is a space to return to that feeling. a soft, welcoming environment where you’re invited to explore, create, and connect: without pressure, without perfection, and without needing to already know what you’re doing. For this first 4 week series, we’re stepping into crochet ✨ Whether you’ve never picked up a hook before or you’re looking to build on what you know, this is a beginner-friendly space to learn, practice, and take your time.

This isn’t just a class, it’s a space to sit, create, talk, laugh, and be. A space where your hands are moving, your mind can rest, and connection happens naturally. Come as you are, stay a while. Adulthood is better when we remember how to recess

Spaces are limited, so we recommend signing up in advance to reserve your spot.

🧶 What to expect:
● guided crochet instruction (beginner-friendly)
● space to practice, learn, and ask questions

● a cozy, creative atmosphere rooted in play
● a snack pack included to enjoy during the session.
over the 4 weeks, we’ll gently build your skills together:

week 1 | foundations + tools
slip knot, chain stitch, single crochet
yarn types, hook sizing, and hand positioning

week 2 | skill expansion
half double + double crochet
stitch recognition, fixing common mistakes, building consistency

week 3 | pattern basics
reading beginner patterns
starting a granny square

week 4 | project completion
completing your granny square
troubleshooting + creative variations

Dates: Tuesdays: April 21st , April 28th, May 5th, and May 12th

Time: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

💸 Pricing:
450 THB (first session) (includes crochet hook + yarn + snack pack).
300 THB: returning participants (includes snack pack)
