* 6:00 PM: Doors open with informal chat, drinks, and settling in.
* 6:30 PM: Welcome and The Money Round-open floor for sharing AI projects, revenue, prototypes, workflows, side projects (1 minute each).
* 7:00 PM: AI Intel Drop-top AI developments of the week broken down with fast, opinionated, signal-only insights and open conversation.
* 7:15 PM: Dinner and Drinks Break (dinner and drinks mandatory to support the venue).
* 7:30 PM: Builder Spotlights-two builders share what they're building with AI, how it works, and how it's generating revenue (10 minutes each plus Q&A).
* 8:00 PM Onwards: Dinner, drinks, and open networking.
