What to Expect
Mindful Jog is a beginner friendly community event in the morning that combines three practices in one flow:
A short guided meditation to settle the mind
An easy jog at a comfortable pace, all paces welcome
A short breathwork reset to downshift stress and feel clear
We’ll meet at Living a Dream Cafe at CMU Lake, walk together to a nearby spot for meditation, then jog, then do breathwork.
After, we’ll return to the cafe for coffee and fellowship.
This is not a race. It’s a community practice.
