What to Expect

Meet our teacher Lieza:

Lieza practices has been rooted from traditional Ashtanga Yoga method from her first teacher Arne Espejel since 2015, Jhonny Haag as well as Jordan Turner since 2018 to 2021 in Jakarta, all are authorized Level 2, Sharath Jois Yoga Center.
She’s been in Goa, India where spending some time practicing under guidance of Sharmila Desai in 2019, in December 2023 she was practicing with Sharath Jois for 2 months in Mysore before Sharathji passed away.
Up to present her dedicated practice is under guidance with Iain Grysak and Allen Maitri Enrique (Authorized Level 2, SYC) over the past almost 4 years in Ubud, Bali.
