Last time, several guests on the waitlist missed out despite being ready to join, so we’re applying this policy strictly to keep things fair for everyone

While this certainly isn’t our preferred approach, it’s necessary to ensure
a smooth and balanced event

Also, pls note we expect around half of the participants to join via a sports
focused app, so spaces are limited and demand is higher than it may appear
here.
