The Forest Therapy Experience is a nature based mindfulness and embodiment practice. An immersive experience that journeys into liminality and fosters a deeper connection within the web of interbeing.
Developed from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or ‘forest bathing’, the Forest Therapy Experience is a practice of cultivating gratitude, awe and wonder for all that we are and all that surrounds us.
In practical terms the Forest Therapy Experience is a 3hr guided sensory exploration, which includes :
- Introduction to the land and the practice.
- Pleasures of presence meditation.
- 3 or 4 open invitations designed to drop you into deeper sensory awareness to allow exploration of your surroundings and relationships within them, followed by sharing circles.
- Tea Ceremony.
