What to Expect

The evening begins with a grounding Tai Chi session to gently activate the body, followed by a calming Sound Journey designed to bring deep relaxation. The sauna will be warm and ready, accompanied by our zero-waste oil scrub ritual for a refreshing skin experience. As night arrives, we gather around the bonfire, share ceremonial cacao, and allow the sounds of live Bouzouki and tribal DJ rhythms to guide the night into movement and dance.
Evening Program
• 3:30–4:30 — Tai Chi to awaken and align the body
• 4:00–5:00 — Sound Journey for deep calm and relaxation
• 5:00–6:30 — Sauna ritual with zero-waste oil scrub
• 6:30 — Bonfire gathering & community circle
• 7:15 — Ceremonial cacao sharing
• 7:30 — Live Bouzouki flowing into Ecstatic Dance
• 9:00 — DJ Dour with tribal & ethno downtempo sounds
Throughout the evening, enjoy unlimited access to our sauna, steam room, ice bath, salt pool, and magnesium bath, along with our nourishing synbiotic vegan & vegetarian menu.
