After the hike, we gather at Bamboo Yoga Shala at 14:00, where an energy recovery session with Sekub awaits us.

Sekub is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and sound & vibrational healer, guiding people into a deeper connection with their body and inner awareness.
