A guided experience that uses sound, rythm, and deep relaxation to help you enter a meditative state - like a waking dream - where you can access your own healing, inner symbols, and wisdom. This session helps to reconnect, to clear what's heavy, to remember who you are, beneath the noise of the world. It's not about me giving you answers, it's about you meeting your own medicine.
Journaling is recommended after the session.
