Come as you are to release, relax and reconnect.
No previous experience is needed.
Whether you’re new to the practice or returning to deepen your experience, this session is for you if:
• You’ve been holding tension or stress in your body lately
• You feel the need for more grounding, stability, and inner calm
• You’d like to strengthen your resilience to stress and daily challenges
• You’re seeking deep relaxation and more restful sleep
• You often feel “on alert” and want to settle your nervous system
• You’re looking for a gentle, body-based way to release old patterns or stored emotions, without needing to talk about them
• You want to feel more connected, safe, and at home in your body
🌸 How to prepare:
• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for movement and laying down (please avoid skirts and dresses)
• A bottle of water (optional)
• Openness, presence, and curiosity
