What to Expect

Alt Food Co is collaborating with Zeroposro and Farm Life for an cooking experience that actually takes you from farm to table.

The session starts with a guided walk through the farm, where we'll learn how food is grown and harvested. In small teams,
we'll gather vegetables for the cooking workshop and dinner.
In the outdoor kitchen, we’ll work with what we’ve picked. We'll learn basic fermentation techniques with local vegetables,
how to make balanced salads, and how to grill vegetables and meat.
This will be a hands-on session, not just a meal.

Everything you cook and eat will come from the farm.
