Gentle Flow is a Vinyasa-based class that moves through gentler poses at a much slower pace, incorporating gentle stretching, strengthening movements and breath awareness which are performed in a sequence for maximum health benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. It's accessible to all levels from beginners to advanced and great for forming a morning practice.
