In this course we’ll combine floorwork with movement off the floor, so you can experience both grounded flow and more open, elevated movement.

You don’t need any experience.
There is no pressure to be “good” or “perfect”.
For me, beauty is not about performing - it’s about being real, natural, and fully in your body.

You just show up as you are and let your body guide you.
