I'm so happy to finally share this with you, after it has completely changed my life!

We are not our thoughts, feelings or experiences. We are the observer.

This is not a quick fix. It's a practice.

On our journey we may discover:

• Co-regulation & Safety

• Deeper connection with ourselves & others

• Energy flow & presence

• Courage to speak our truth

Together we'll meet in a safe space and engage in a nervous system regulation practice. I'll share my knowledge and the guidelines for the practice with you. Then we'll practice in small groups to express ourselves with what is alive within us in the here & now. Feelings, thoughts, body sensations and our truth.
