What to Expect

Easy practice, simple steps, gentle rhythm, and lots of freedom for the body.

This class is for those who want to:

• feel the movement rather than do it "correctly"
• add a little lightness and playfulness to their day
• exercise in a safe, comfortable space
• find their own little flow

We will teach basic techniques, but the emphasis will be on sensations, breathing, and the pleasure of movement.

Come in comfortable clothes and be sure to wear socks - this makes your steps softer and safer.
