What to Expect

It’s about the part of you that has been controlled for too long. The part that freezes around peope, afraid to take space,
stays quiet when it wants to growl, smiles while holding fear, shame, or anger inside.

Many of these patterns were born inside the family system.
Somewhere early in life, we learned who we had to become in order to stay loved, safe, accepted, or needed.

Someone disappears. Someone adapts to everyone else. Someone starts saving others. Someone is afraid of being seen.
Someone makes themselves smaller without even noticing. They are survival responses that once protected us.

In this workshop, we will work through symbolic roles explore this deep, the part of you where instinct, truth, power, and aliveness still exist.
