The evening begins with ceremonial tea to gently open the space and prepare your body and mind. You will be guided through layers of gong vibrations and atmospheric sounds designed to release tension, quiet mental noise, restore inner balance, and bring your system into deep rest and renewal. Leave feeling deeply restored, recharged, and fully present. Facilitated by Anna Sohana, a sound healing expert with over 10 years of experience and 20+ years in spiritual and somatic practices. Children under 10 are not permitted; ages 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
