This class is a flow of movement, getting you out of your mind.
There are no restrictions on age or body type, everyone is welcome - belly dance celebrates all women and helps to develop body confidence, femininity, self-acceptance and community.
COME WEARING: Comfortable yoga clothes/ long skirt - no shoes needed.
This class is for ALL LEVELS.
