Pole tricks and acrobatic combos, minimum level - intermediate (you can do: inversion, shoulder mount, genie, crucifix). Men and women are welcome.
5 poles, 2 aircons, crash mats, Pole grip, alcohol for cleaning the poles, original shapes and combos.
Please bring a towel, drinking water, and NO oil on the skin/hair.
