What happens when we allow ourselves to soften, let go, and trust?

In this tantra class, we explore trust and surrender not as giving ourselves away, but as a doorway to come closer to ourselves.

Today we are going to explore what happens when we release control, soften our defenses, and allow ourselves to be held - by the moment, by the body, and in connection with another. Through presence, guided partner practices, and embodied exploration, we create space to feel where trust opens, where resistance lives, and what surrender really means in the body.

This class is an invitation to notice where you still hold on, where your body longs to let go, and how trust can emerge when you stay connected to yourself while meeting another.

Expect a safe, guided, non-sexual tantra space with reflection, embodied practice, and sacred connection exercises.

IMPORTANT:
