What to expect
This practice is intentionally slow and inward.
The hammock supports 4-5 long-held Yin poses, with sound played close to the body, followed by a long Savasana (20 minutes) with a fully immersive sound bath.
This is a space for stillness and deep regulation, not a dynamic aerial flow.
