What to Expect

Self-inquiry is a powerful awareness practice that helps us understand how the mind works and how thoughts create our emotions and perception of reality. Using a contemporary framework from Byron Katie's The Work, rooted in traditional yogic inquiry, this workshop invites us to explore our belief systems and take responsibility for our inner experience.
Through guided questioning, we observe what happens when we believe a thought and how stressful thoughts shape our feelings and behavior. By inquiring into thoughts and asking questions such as "Who would I be without this thought?" these beliefs begin to lose their power. The practice turns attention inward, allowing clarity, self-understanding, and inner freedom to naturally arise
