What to Expect

Holotropic Breathwork is an immersive journey that supports deep psychological and transpersonal exploration. Through accelerated breathing, the psyche opens into non-ordinary states - allowing emotional and traumatic release, expanded awareness, ecstasy, profound stillness to emerge. There is no specific goal, only the natural intelligence of breath leading the way.

*Thu-Holotropic: Expansion & exploration
*Sat-Shadowland Breathwork: Welcome what has been unseen
You are welcome to join any one on its own, or to move with the rhythm over time. All are held in a small group or private setting (1-5 people), offering a safe space to breathe, release, and return.
