What to Expect

Reiki Energy in the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui is a wonderful way to access the natural healing powers within and to consciously listen to the inner healer.

There is Level 1-3 and in each Level, a sacred initiation called “attunements” is given to the student, which opens up the chakras and meridians (energy centers and channels), cleanses the subtle body, releases limiting beliefs, and prepares to channel Reiki Healing Energy. The ability to tap into this healing energy for yourself and others will remain with you for the rest of your life.

You will receive an ‘attunement’ from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki. It is a tuning and passing-on ritual so that you are able to connect to this frequency of energy for the rest of your life.

Following the attunement, it is advised that you undertake a 21-day self-cleansing and healing period, by giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment each day for 21 days

REIKI LEVEL 1

Do you want to learn how to heal imbalances, support yourself energetically and emotionally, and share this healing practice with others too? Available to anyone. With the first initiation to Usui Reiki begins a lifelong journey of exploring the subtle forms of energy and self-healing.

In level 1 you learn the technique for sharing Reiki with yourself and others, this includes people, plants, animals, food, spaces & crystals.
