What to Expect

Take a break from the fast rhythm of modern life to feel the power of your breath and how can be used to nurture your physical and emotional bodies.
This session includes Tibetan and Kundalini Kryias and different breathing techniques to activate the main 7 chakras, stimulate the flow of energy in the center channell of the body, and foster balance and wellbeing.
Sound healing is added to the session to harmonise the body, bring relaxation, and integrate the work done with the breathwork.
This session is not Holotropic or Connected Breathwork, and is adapt to anybody, regardless of the experience with other breathwork techniques.
Please come with an empty stomach, and an open mind and heart
