Somatic Rebirthing Breathwork & Fascia De-Armouring
What to Expect
This embodied workshop supports the gentle release of stress, trauma, and long-held tension stored in the body, fascia, and nervous system. Through Conscious Connected Breathing, somatic movement, sound, meditation, and gentle fascia awareness, the body is invited to relax and unwind naturally.
We work from the body up, without forcing release, allowing healing to unfold at its own pace. Breath, movement, and sensation support nervous system regulation, emotional release, grounding, and vitality.
No experience is needed-only a willingness to listen to the body. A safe, heart-centered space for release and integration.

Preparation: Avoid eating 1 hour before. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a scarf or blindfold and a water bottle.
