Hi!

Come join us to learn the basics of a really beautifully feminine and rich dance form- The Indian Classical. This is a beginner level class in which we start with learning basic postures, movements and stance. Its a mix of my own mix of various techniques meant to be rooted yet light and fun

It isnt just outer forms and stances , we engage our inner body equally, strong moola for the feet, a soft open anahata and a very expressive vishhudi. ☺️

I call this practice the balance of Kali and Parvato where we go thumping with power and feel the strength of Kaali but also stay surrendered , soft and giving , melting into softness.

We open and close with a small heart to heart sharing.
