What to Expect

Residential training retreat, over ten days, you will build real Shaolin foundations: from stance training and classical forms to internal energy cultivation and Chan (Zen) philosophy. This retreat integrates external martial discipline with internal awareness, guiding you through progressive training that develops structure, power, focus, and clarity.
