This is a space to slow down, move, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the present moment.
Grounded in the sand and inspired by Contact Improvisation, the session invites you to explore calm-but-dynamic movement without pressure or performance.

No dance experience needed. No basics required. Just come as you are, lean into the moment, and remember that you are not alone in this world.
