A heart-centered class focusing on devotion to your authentic Self, this practice will begin with some Breathwork to open energy centers, followed by postures to build strength and balance, ending with a restorative savasana. Expect to feel more centered, connected and grounded in pure devotion to the divine with yourself and all beings.
