The Thursday Foundational Experience is perfect if you're new to breathwork, ice baths, or Breathflow Connection - or if you want a weekly reset to de-stress, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
In this 2-hour session you will:

Enter the ice bath safely with full support and coaching
Integrate your experience with grounding and sharing
We focus on safety, nervous system regulation, and accessibility - no previous experience needed. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body and breath.
