What to Expect

The poetry workshop will bring together a landscape of immersive activities and tools to dive deep into the themes of love, healing, and dreams - through some prescribed writings written across a wide timeline by some of the wise contemporary voices like - Naomi Shihab Nye, Tracy K Smith, Matthew Olzmann among others.

The two-hour-long workshop with its reflective prompts and guided exercises will help us move through intimacy, longing, friendship, and the many forms of love that refuse easy naming. The creative tools include facilitated reflection, writing & rewriting exercises, and absurd intermingling of mediums.
