This intimate group experience begins with gentle neck and shoulder stretches to melt away tension and boost circulation - a simple yet powerful way to support glowing, healthy skin. From there, a meditation will guide you to surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath, where healing vibrations help to quiet the mind and promote cellular rejuvenation. During the sound bath, each guest will receive a personalised facial massage to stimulate lymphatic flow and release facial tension (bye, jaw clenching!). Licensed aesthetician Samantha (founder of Sweet Skin by Sam) will wrap up the session with a hands-on self-massage tutorial and a mini skincare Q&A to keep the ritual going at home. You'll leave feeling rested, radiant, and totally renewed.
