Reiki I Training – Learn to Channel Healing Energy ✨

Reiki I is the first step into the world of energy healing.
During this training you will receive a Reiki Placement (attunement), opening you to consciously channel Reiki energy to heal yourself and others.

What you will learn:
- The history and origins of Reiki
- The Reiki lineage you are initiated into
- The 5 Reiki Principles
- Reiki ethics and responsible practice
- How to connect with and channel Reiki energy
- How to give a full Reiki treatment for others
- How to give yourself a self-healing session
- Traditional hand positions and working with intention
- How to use intuition and subtle senses in your sessions
- Additional methods of transmitting Reiki (beyond the hands)
- The human energy system: chakras & aura
- Common experiences during Reiki sessions
- What Reiki can support on physical, emotional and energetic levels

During the training you will also receive a Reiki healing from the teacher, and have the opportunity to practise giving and receiving Reiki with other participants.

At the end of the training you will receive a Reiki I certificate and be able to treat yourself and others effectively.
You will also be eligible to continue with Reiki II whenever you feel ready.

This training is open to beginners — no prior experience required.
