What to Expect

Join the innerdance circle on Monday 30th of March at the Yoga House. Facilitated by Caro, an experienced innerdance space holder and trainer.

💜 What is innerdance? It is a holistic practice of healing and transformation that combines elements of music and energy to induce states of conscious trance.

innerdance is a sound-based practice where participants lie down in savasana. Through music, presence, and carefully layered soundscapes, the experience invites shift in perception and awareness, that invites listening, regulation, and integration
