Over three full days, learn the complete Chen Tai Chi Fan Form from scratch under Shifu Li Shi Feng, Shaolin-trained instructor. Built on the spiralling, silk-reeling energy of Chen Tai Chi, the form moves between stillness and explosive release. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily | All levels welcome
