WaterDance is a somatic embodiment practice that combines water movement meditation and contact improvisation. It is often described as 'contact improvisation in the water', it has an important additional partner: the water itself. In WaterDance we adopt the qualities of the water, embracing softness, relaxation and deep listening.
During our time together we will journey through various water body movement explorations, both solo and in contact with others. You will be guided through fun and playful exercises that are built progressively to help increase your confidence in the water.
