What to Expect

Quantum Breathwork is a healing modality to liberate Prana, life force. Through unique breathing exercises the body, mind & energetic field will be cleansed, pure energy will be channeled, trapped emotions can be released and energy levels elevated. Once we enter into the quantum field, deep healing can happen and the pineal gland, which is connected to the Ajna Chakra, can be activated to create harmony, energetic balance and wellness of mind, body & soul.
