What to Expect

PoA Glass Box welcomes Salty Dog Retreats for their first session on Tuesday 21 April, a gentle reset guided by ocean rhythms. Begin with aroma grounding, followed by a beach-inspired sound bath and cacao circle, and close the evening with access to ice bath, sauna, and onsen at Dip Onsen!
