17:30 - Rhythm Shadow Boxing (1 Hour)

A unique training session combining shadow boxing and authentic Cuban music.

18:30 - Live Salsa Demonstration

See how the same rhythm and body mechanics become dance.

18:40 - Beginner Cuban Salsa Class

Learn the fundamentals

19:00 - 21:00 - Salsa Social Dancing

💃 Experienced salsa dancers will be invited to dance with participants.
