What to Expect

Join us for Kirtan Magic - a sunset gathering by the sea at Orion, Koh Phangan, as part of the Mantra Music Fest series.

This will be a more intimate kirtan experience, designed for the peaceful atmosphere of Orion.
We’ll gather on the lawn by the sea in front of Orion Restaurant, with the sunset beginning around 6:30 pm.
The evening will begin with live kirtan, creating space to sit, listen, sing, and settle into the sound.
As the music unfolds, we’ll gradually build the energy, inviting everyone to open up, move, and let the mantras carry them.

This event will have an acoustic and meditative feel, featuring beautiful voices, harmonies, guitar, flute, and other live instruments.

Kirtan is a simple and joyful form of call-and-response mantra singing.
No experience is needed, and you don’t need to know the words - the mantras will be easy to follow, and everyone is welcome to participate in their own way.
Toward the end, we may also offer a guided forgiveness meditation - a heart-opening practice to help release old burdens, forgive others,
and offer kindness to ourselves.
