What to Expect

Join us on Saturday night for The Ecstatic Dance Ceremony, a sacred space for music and dance to connect to the inner world and give the body freedom to express. The event opens with a cacao ceremony and an energy awakening movement practice. This is followed by a deep, soulful, and expansive ecstatic dance experience delivered by Manish. The evening closes with a guided meditation journey and sound healing to integrate, ground, and complete the ceremonial experience.
