What to Expect
Welcome to this Hatha Yoga Session designed especially for women!
Hatha Yoga is more than a way of stretching the body or becoming a little more flexible. Originally Hatha Yoga is as a method for genuine self-discovery and realization. Therefore, we will practice in this class a form of authentic Integral Yoga where through resonance we accumulate certain energies into our being in order to come into a deep state of balance, harmony and connection with our inner most feminine nature.
In this class you will:
❤︎ Learn effective warming-up exercises that awaken the consciousness and relax the whole being
❤︎ Practice authentic yogic asanas (bodily postures) that align your body, mind, energy and soul
❤︎ Practice a deep Yogic Relaxation that regenerates the whole being
❤︎ Practice Meditation to awaken your feminine soul
❤︎ Feel clarity of the mind and connection to your heart
❤︎ Feel warm and embracing conenction to other women

About the teacher:
Iris has over 10 years of experience guiding women’s groups, dance courses and is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher with Mahasiddha Yoga, Chiang Mai. She has a background in philosophy and peacebuilding before becoming a yogi over a decade ago. She has guided yoga sessions in retreats, private workshops and ongoing weekly courses for many years and is an example of how the system of integral yoga as a spiritual path can transform one’s life and is passionate to share it with others who are thirsty for the genuine, authentic practice of yoga.
