What to Expect
Join us for Running Training for Beginners with Coach Riang:
Participation Requirements: Beginners reserves the right to accept only those who meet the following three conditions:
1. Run 10km in over 60 minutes,
2. Run 21km in over 2 hours and 30 minutes, and
3. Run 42km in over 5 hours and 30 minutes.
Limited to 80 participants, in order of registration via LUMA.
