Dance Your Own Dance is a guided embodied dance journey with no choreography to learn.

You'll be guided through intentional movement explorations that help you shift out of self-consciousness and into sensation.

Here's the truth: you already have a dancer inside you waiting for you to trust your body and its ability to move with music.

This is where technique meets freedom.

You'll learn how dance actually works, not to copy steps, but to understand your own body and feel the connection between its parts. To create space in your movement so you can move freely, confidently, and in a way that is entirely yours.

You won't leave with a routine. You'll leave with your own dance.

Note: Registration is required and space is limited; no walk-ins allowed. Minimum of two participants.
