What to Expect

Beneath the Same Moon. For generations, women have gathered in circles to share stories, support one another, and remember that none of us is meant to walk through life alone.
This tradition continues at Sacred Grounds CNX. Every New Moon and Full Moon, we come together for an afternoon of presence, reflection, and heartfelt conversation.

Every New Moon
A circle for intention, new beginnings, and turning inward. A space to slow down, listen deeply, and plant the seeds for the cycle ahead.

Every Full Moon
A circle for reflection, gratitude, and release. A space to honour what has unfolded, let go of what no longer serves you, and return to yourself with renewed clarity.

There is no need to prepare. No expectation to have wisdom to offer. Only an invitation to bring yourself, as you are. Together we create a space where honesty is welcomed, vulnerability is respected, and every woman has the opportunity to share, or simply to listen.
Our circle is facilitated by Annie Sae-Lao, who has been holding women's circles since 2019. Guided by the values of Presence and Authenticity, she offers a gentle, grounded approach that allows each gathering to unfold naturally, creating room for genuine connection rather than performance.

As the moon marks a new beginning or a time of fullness, we too pause to notice what is growing, what is ready to be released, and what is asking for our attention. Come sit in circle.
