What to Expect

Loving-kindness Meditation was the second most primary form of meditation employed by The Buddha to attain Enlightenment.

The goal of Loving-kindness Meditation is to eliminate anger, hatred, ill will, resentment, negative self talk, and other discontent
feelings associated with the unenlightened mind.

In this Interactive Learning Session, David will guide you in a Loving-kindness Meditation session and will accept questions from
Students to help you develop your meditation practice and progress forward on The Path to Enlightenment.
