🌿 Workshops & Immersions This Week at The Yoga Barn 🌿

The Liberated Breath Immersion is a 2-day experiential retreat for those ready to move beyond introductory breathwork and into deeper embodied transformation. Held within a safe and structured group container, this immersion emphasises depth, continuity, and integration.

Participants will explore somatic breathwork practices that combine movement, active and passive breath rhythms, and guided process work to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. Relational connection exercises are woven throughout to cultivate presence, openness, and shared support within the group field.

Rather than focusing on technique alone, this layered approach invites participants into a multidimensional experience of the breath; individually and in connection, allowing space for expanded awareness, deeper emotional processing, and sustainable integration.

The two-day structure creates continuity and containment, offering the time and support needed for meaningful inner shifts beyond what a single-session experience can provide.

Open to anyone ready for deeper personal exploration.

Abasin has been in personal development for over a decade facilitating individual and group breathwork, process-work, movement, kundalini yoga and meditation. With a foundation as a Journey and Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, Abasin has been guided by Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), yogic pranayama and somatic practices, to share some of the deeper principles and teachings of these modalities through Beyond Breathwork classes, workshops and trainings. His passion and intuition helps create a space for people to unfold, release and transform. Abasin supports people in accessing their own body wisdom and dropping into more self-realisation, love and joy.
