🤍Through somatic movement, you are invited to soften the mind and return to the wisdom of the body. Sometimes emotions and experiences become stored inside us without even realizing it. When we move consciously and freely, the body finds its natural way to release what has been held, while also welcoming joy, lightness, and vitality back into our system.
This is a safe and supportive space where you can move at your own rhythm — slowly or wildly, softly or strongly. There is no right or wrong way to dance. The only invitation is to be present, aware, and open to what your body wants to express in the moment.
